Do you work with captive agents?
We’re built for independent agencies. Captive agents usually have to use their carrier’s website and phone tools, so check your agreement first.
Will this replace my agency management system?
No. It handles the front office: quote requests, calls, texts and reviews. Your AMS stays your system of record.
Do you quote or give insurance advice?
Never. Automated messages acknowledge requests and book time. Rates and coverage conversations stay with your licensed staff.
Why doesn’t texting start on day one?
Carriers require business text registration (A2P 10DLC). We file it on day one, and approval typically takes a few days.
Can I keep my domain and phone number?
Yes. We can use your existing domain, and calls can forward to your current number.
What happens if I cancel?
Month-to-month, cancel anytime, and we’ll export your contacts for you.
How long does setup take?
