Content on this site is general information about our services. Cottonwood Agency Systems is a marketing and software services provider. We are not an insurance agency or insurer, and nothing on this site is insurance, legal or financial advice. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit false information.
SMS program terms
- Program: Cottonwood Agency Systems sends texts about inquiries you submit, demos you book, and related follow-up, such as confirmations, reminders and replies.

- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You’ll receive one confirmation text.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Prices shown on this site are for the standard service and may change. Specific deliverables, fees, billing timing and cancellation terms for clients are set out in the client agreement.
